Alaea Hawaiian Red Sea Salt

The red sea salt is gathered from the reefs of Hawaii and the Alacea is the islands rich volcanic red clay that is mixed with the salt and baked by the hot Hawaiian sun. The ancient Hawaiians believed the Alacea Sea Salt had tenderizing qualites, they would use it for seasoning their pork for a luau or preserving their fish after a big catch.
