Columela is a high quality vinegar, obtained from The Jerez Production Zone (wines), aged in barrels of American Oak, following the traditional system of 'soleras & criaderas.' The soleras that gave birth to this product were established in 1946. Produced and bottled in Spain. To make a delicious vinaigretta: In a bowl, whisk 1 tbsp. Columela fine sherry vinegar into 1 tsp. fresh Dijon style mustard. Drizzle 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil into mixture while whisking. Season with salt and pepper to taste. A dash of fresh cream will make the dressing creamy. 250 ml (8.33 fl. oz.) |
