Warranty: Products are packed the day they are shipped, using only high-quality shipping materials to ensure that your order is received in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day. We will resolve any problems.

Guarantee: We guarantee that every product you order will arrive in excellent condition. In the event of damage or spoilage, we'll quickly issue call tags to have products picked up. A replacement will be sent promptly.

Estimated Shipping Time: We will ship your order within 24 hours if order is placed Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping: We ship via UPS. During the checkout process, you may choose the following options: 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, Ground, or Next Day Air.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: We welcome orders to be shipped to APO/FPO Addresses. Simply choose the appropriate option during the checkout process. A service fee of $7.00 will be charged during the checkout process. In addition, we will charge you the actual USPS shipping charge once the package has shipped.

Returns/Exchanges of Non-Food Items: If you receive a product that has been damaged or spoiled during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will quickly issue call tags to have products picked up, and a replacement will be sent promptly.

If you change your mind about a non-food item you have ordered, you must notify us within 7 days from the time you received your order. An authorization number is needed for all returns. No credit will be issued without prior authorization. Once we received the product/s in it's original condition, we will issue credit in the amount of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds are given on any Special Order Items; Special Order Items are products that we have special ordered for you and that we usually do not carry in our inventory.

Returns/Exchanges of Food Items: Food items are returnable only in the event of damage products during shipping. If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will quickly issue call tags to have products picked up, and a replacement will be sent promptly. The above policy do not apply to chocolate shipments during Summer months. We will contact you with our recommendations for the best possible way to ship. Please understand that, in spite of our best effort, the package is subject to weather conditions during shipping beyond our control. At times, the chocolate might appear slightly deformed, simply put it in the refrigerator for about an hour and the taste should be just fine. We will not accept a return on chocolates.
