From the Carlos Falco family farm near Toledo and Madrid, Spain, this exquisite oil of vivid intense aroma, freshness and pleasant spiciness in its finish, is our latest addition of fine olive oils. Packaged in dark Bordeaux style glass as are the Grinon's world class wines, the oil is predominantly picual variety custom blended with arbequina and manzanilla. Recommended for drizzling over roasted vegetables, cured meats and grilled fish, it is also excellent for tossing with pasta and salads and dipping with hearty bread.
